In addition to the membership fee, all members are required to complete 8 hours work assessment at the club and/or services for the club if agreed upon by the executive committee OR pay $80.00 to the club. It is the member's responsibility to fill out their work hours in the book. If the work hours are not logged, members WILL be charged for hours owed upon renewal. To apply please print this "Membership Application Form", complete it and sent it along with your cheque (payable to Durham Archers) to the address mentioned in the form (page 2).
